valve cover problem

ok i took of my valve cover the other day to paint it, and when i was puting it back on one of the studs that u screw the bolt onto broke! so is this replaceable and how do i do that, and where can i get the stud??

i have a 89 civic with a dohc zc swap

ok can somebody help me??? the gasket is starting to get some oil on it... i need to fix this, what would be the best way to fix it, do i have to drill it out? or what?????
