Vtec wiring stuff and parts help

ok got some great information, now need some more technical information on how to usea p28 with a CX harness and "pass" the wires to run vtec, also to swap out the plugs from my d16y8 harness to my cx harness. and a step by step on how to run a 4 wire o2 sensor from a 1 wire sensor.. anyone that can show me how please reply. thanks

basically, you need to buy a 4-wire o2 sensor, and wire it up.
