I am in the process of changing cars and I was thinking of buying a EK hatch and installing in a GSR engine. On the other hand, I can just buy a GSR and save the $ on the swap.
My plans are to build the bottom end, headwork , cam and all of the externals including Hondata. Turbo it with a custom t3 turbo etc. Looking for ~350whp.
What will the difference in 1/4 mile times be with this hp in both cars? I think GSR is ~2600lbs and EK HB DX is ~2300lbs.
Is the weight reduction worth the extra cost?
We're talking car vs car, no extra parts or nos to make up for the difference in weight.
