Ok, I built an Ls/Vtec for my 89 Crx.

B18B Block
Type R Pistons
88-91 JDM B16 Head
Type R Cams, Reatiners and springs
Skunk 2 Intake manafold
8Lb Flywheel


I havn't put her on the dyno, or taken her to the track. WHat do you think I could expect as far as HP, or 1/4 numbers? The car is a 89 CRX HF body. Pretty basic interior. Just a racing seat. All the suspension work. Car is a 5 speed.... just wondering what everyone thinks.

O yeah, and what do you think a reasonable Redline is? I dont really know whats a safe RPM, so I havn't really tested it. I dont want to blow my motor up.

i probably wouldnt go higer than 8k, the head could go to 8400 easy but i dunno about the block.
