what helms for lsvtec build

im building up a replacement lsvtec, and im gonna rebuild the bottom end, so does that mean i should go with a integra helms manual, ?

I'd say use the Integraone ifyou aregoing to keep the block stockish. You would want a vtec one also though incase you need info on teh head.

well for the block i plan to go with all new bearings, seals, gaskets, eagle rods, ctr pistons, stock crank
