what type of bumper do i have?

wife ran over a ladder on the interstate and tore off the bumper.I ordered one but it doesnt have the lip or place for fog lights.Any help on ordering one (moderatly priced) will be appreciated.

That's a stock 96-98 bumper with a 'Mugen-style' lip and 'JDM' fog lights.
