what valvetrain for turbo??

i have a stock b16 turbo wondering whats a good valve train to get?? would a type r be good? if so would i have toget the wholle valve train or just spring and retainers what u guys think???? thanx

you would be better off with a valve job then replacing the valvetrain.

you making higher than stock revs? if not. bleh.
