Where can I find a P08 ECU?

I have a D15B VTEC running with a P28 just fine but I've heard that a P08 would be best for it. What are the benefits of using the P08 and where would I even find one?

message monotech he purchases used ecus (obd1) fixes them up i believe tunes them (not 100% sure) and re sells them.
