Where is The ELD Sensor (Electrical Load Detector Circuit) Located ???? In A Integra Gsr 95

Under Hood Fuse Box. Its all one piece if your looking to change it. You gotta change the whole box.

my car is flashing the code (20 Electrical Load Detector Circuit) what should i do ? what 2 replace ?

and its not charging the battery good it charges it at 11.9 volts to 12.2
i dont know what 2 replace

I would say it doesn't charge at all. Check the fuses, move the wires around while watching voltage coming from the alternator, do you have a suply voltage to the alternator? And if you have less then 13 V coming from it you need new alternator. The code could be because of that.
