big 10 fails. big time. they should get 1 bowl bid for the whole conference. and only get a bcs game if they are undefeated.
the problem with the bowl season is there are 120 d-1 teams, and 34 bowls. 64 teams go to playoffs. over 1/2. thats bullshit. bowls should be a reward, not a profit scheme. i think it's retarded to see 2 teams with a record of 6-8 or whatever play in the "broadway times, hotdog and tater tot, sun group financial holiday bowl".
it's bullshit. there should be 10 games max. 20 teams. if you don't finish in the top 3 of your conference gtfo.
