will my d16z6 be ok stock with boost?

Im running a stock d16z6 and am putting a stage one greddy turbo kit on it at about 6psi, the engine has 270 km on it, but runs great, do you think it can handle it alright?

as long as its in good condition now, and its tuned properly, you shouldn't have any issues.
