Will this ecu fit? 97Hx ecu in 99si

I know it sounds completly stupid. I'm trying to somehow pass my emmisions test with what I have available to me. Now I have obd2 - obd 1 harness. I need to change injectors and ecu. Will 97 civic Hx stuff work at all?

Already know the plugs dont fit,well one of them anyway. How about Ex.

whats your engine?,need details,if you have a obd1 engine u might be screwed on passen emissions,because the emission station plugs a computer into your car making sure the system is functioning correctly,thus mean no cel ,it will pass,cel on fails,they dont put the car on the rollors and check the hydrocarbons for 96+ year cars the change from obd1-0bd2 is the emissions crap

99b16a2 0bd2. I have the obd2-1 conversion harness. Just trying to find something that will fit to pass emissions.

why not just plug your stock ECU back in?
