Will This Little Bit Of What Mess Up My Engine?

Looks kinda gay but 4th Cylinder has little water in where the spark PLUG goes I didn't take out the Spark PLUG yet will it rot or fuck up my engine?

Keep the plug in there for now and then stick something small down there to soak up all the water. Will it hurt it, maybe, if there is enough, you could hydrolock your engine so it is always better to be safe than sorry.

take a few paper towels roll them up into a thin enough roll to fit down the hole and do that till there is no water left

Just go to a garage and get them to blow it out with an air line, or use a can of compressed air like the ones for electronics cleaning. Or turn your car upside down and drain it
