I got a uncut wiring harness with my b16a. I heard that if I just plug it into my 90 crx that i will get some engine code problems. whats the deal. will i have to repin it.

If it is a JDM harness it won't plug in because it is backwards.It would help to know what motor it is from also,and what model crx it is going into.

the motor came out of 90 crx sir and it is going into a 90 crx si.

Use your stock harness and part number EFSI-VTEC it is $75.00,it is a subharness for the vtec systems that makes wiring much easier. Here's a link.
