Heres the deal... I'm thinking of purchasing a 1992 Prelude Si with a H22 swap. However, the swap is a 2001. The owner is selling because he couldn't pass california regulations. However, does anybody know (assuming that the engine runs clean and emmision levels are fine as the owner claims) whether this car would have a chance to pass in Wisconsin? Any inherent OBDI / OBDII problems?
