WTB Civic or Integra W/TURBO W/ JDM motor swap South Cali only

Hi im looking for a 92 or newer Honda Civic or Integra with a JDM motor swap. Would like it with turbo but if it does not that's ok also. Must be clean and running, current registration a must. But salvage title is fine.. Im in south cali near LA. I'm willing to pay $4,000 to $5,000 depending on what the car has. Would prefer atleast 180 hp to the wheels. thanks

i have a friend that knows a guy who has a 99 civic si with a b20/vtec or i think it is a ls/vtec turbo with hondata in gonoga park by th 101 freeway near van nuys his asking $5500
