WTB P28 or P72 OBD1 ECU

I am now going LS/Vtec with my Integra and I am looking for a Virgin NON-CHIPPED
P28 or P72 ECU it must be OBD1 please let me know what you have. So. Cali preferred but I really don't care at this point this rental car shit is driving me CRAZY and costing alot of money. THANKS
