I read on 4 different site all the different years the ys1 trany is in. I have a ys1 short gear, non lsd, I'm doing 70mph @ 4k rpm (so annoying).
My problem is that when I spin tire, the driver side spins fine, but the passenger side jumps all over the place. Turns out the input shaft bearing on the passenger side is shot. I need to know what year make and model the trany comes out of, so I can call the dealer. Also is there any difference between the the short or long ys1 besides the gearing?
As far as I can tell, could this be a 92-93 gsr trans?
