You'd probably have to disable the lockout that prevents you from starting the car without having to depress the clutch, and you'd better hope you didn't leave it in gear...
No, you can get them on manual transmission cars, but most people won't install them because of liability. My friend installs those for a living & put it on his manual CRX. One day, he forgot to put the e-brake on & left it in reverse. His car backed right over his mailbox! Needless to say, he removed the remote start feature after that.
