holy shit! haha 8hrs of work and this is what i come too! ha, well thanks to my fellow minnesotan for vouching for the shity paint, ya i wreked my fault shouldnt of gotten close... yada yada... heres the google maps picture of the road, to show you the angle, im not sure what people were picturing and when i said hard turn i meant one that was holding me pretty hard in the seat not like, all of the sudden i cranked the wheel, and the "paint" drawing its pretty self explanitory. the red arrows are the way my car went once i hit the paint, and the the lines are when i tryed to correct the loss of control resulting in me goin over the other edge. here ya go.

my other issue with this kid's wreck is he was trying to sell it a month ago and now conveniently it is totaled and he has an ins. check.

ya i see what you mean. but i have wanted to sell it on and off since ive bought it, there were too many headaches, when it wouldnt run. and it wasnt the cleanest shell, and it took rolling it 3 times to realize how bad it was, the previous owner must of thought it would of been sweet to cover the whole thing in bondo, almost like a "wide body kit" so too speak.

and is now blaming the crash on paint marks,
we in fact are not talking about a 2 wheel vehicle(motorcycle) that was going around a corner that hit fresh paint thats wet,,theres a big differance
he doesnt get a break simply becasue he was not driving safe for his experience,and will not man up and admit his wrong doing

Regardless of how sharp the turn was, it was too sharp for the speed you were goin. Think about it, the paint stripe can only connect with a certain percentage of the contact patch of the tire, and even in that case the paint doesnt give you a zero traction condition.

I live on a 40mph road and drive it 80-100mph every day... Its simple just slow down for turns you might not make!

And also the paint is slick compared the the rest of the road here. With my old hatch i couldnt burn out on the road. But when i put my tires on the lines i could smoke the tires all day!

thank you... really, you dont need to try hard to break your tires free in cross walk paint, and its the same stuff they use to make lines.

This is the smart thing to do, as long as you get away from it and don't have insurance (Insurance companies need police report to file a claim to get your car fixed or money for it if it's totaled). He almost certainly would have gotten a ticket of some sort for this.
