I figured I'd follow my friend clayton's footsteps and post my passion. I too like many here love all brands of cars. Mostly 80s dodges, but i like early 90s civics too. Have a beat up ford ranger i absolutely love too that needs alot of work.

As for the lebaron, it's a stock 2.2 turbo 1. (non intercooled). Just got done swapping the headgasket. My next step is to install a grainger valve and raise the boost. Trading a spare intercooler i have (cause that's not happening for a long while) for a mopar performance computer, and i plan to raise boost to about 13 pounds. Hoping for about 180 horsepower. I plan for some other stuff too, but anyway, on to pics.

They're kinda old pics (october i think) But the car's pretty much the same, except less paint on the 1/4 panels.

This was the interior when i got it..

The systems check is new, and the radio's a relatively rare infinity unit i pulled from the jy. I plan to put the wood trim back on tomorrow.

The motor's since been cleaned up a little, and i put an autozone cone filter i had laying around on. I plan to put the stock airbox back in, as i don't think the cone filter's helping, and it doesn't really look good.

but yeah that's my current ride. Quick car too for weighing 2800 pounds.

Alright. I imagine it is cause 22s alot of boost. Probably has a stage 5 calibration on it.

Is it the really colorful one? lol. I was kinda hoping to see a pic of the engine bay. Meh. what is it, an 89?

But i'm gonna take it slow and not break anything. I'm going to get an air fuel ratio guage before i do any boost raising. I don't feel like tearing into the motor again right now.

I saw the pics. It's definitely intercooled. Mine's an earlier year so it's gonna be a pain to swap over to T2. need to swap the intake, fuel rail, exhaust, modify the turbo, and wiring harness.

Nice man, sleeper FTW. A buddy of mine has one of these, its intercooled and it ran a 12 something

.. Best part is he picked it up for 1600 with a blown coupler. I'll try and get pics soon. Good luck with this man

That's a really good deal. I picked mine up with a blown headgasket for $888. (1000 after tax and title) Spent about 8 months studying these motors and finally did something about it. It runs good.

Head light doors quit working today :glare:

but it kinda makes it look more agressive. I'll fix them whenever. It's not a priority. Kinda sad. Having headlight doors that actually worked set my lebaron apart

Hey Jason, glad I could lead in someway(god knows I suck as an admin LOL).

cant wait til our TDs meet, im sure the Shelby won't be ready but one day my friend:D:D:D

Sweet car, i still wish i had my 92 & 93 daytonas. Both my tona's came with the garbage 3.0 V6. Despite its supposed 140hp and 176 tq it could barely beat my friends 1600 NX. Has no chance against my car. Both engines had loud lifters and burnt oil. I wanted the turbo's but couldnt find any good ones.

Should have built that 3.0 up and then setup it up turbo.

92 & 93 Daytona R/Ts would be my pick though, 224HP from the factory *SWEET*

Wish I wouldn't have parted out a '91 Spirit R/T nowadays:(

Yeah me too. And yes. you led the way for me to post my car :) I probably would have eventually, but i did it sooner.

I wish i still had my 88 tbi daytona. But alas, a wall came between us at about 50 mph. I came upon my turbo just by chance. (came into the car lot i was working at.) Just keep looking. There's a ton of them for sale on turbododge.com.

I had a 3.0 94 lebaron convertible. The engine was relatively decent (besides burning oil and being loud) but the transmission was garbage. I miss the car a little though. Mostly it being a convertible. It was pretty bad ass. We'd go cruising with the top down in 40 degree weather wearing jackets and blankets with the heater cranked.

Very nice budda!

I would have kept my dad's Caravan LE V6 if the transmission didn't feel like it was letting go. That big engine in the short light minivan was actually quite fun to drive. I'm sure it would have been turbocharged if that was the car that I took to school.

Well, it was sold for next to nothing and then probably died a slow death. I never saw it again. Now my other two cars in high school- I saw those everywhere after I sold them.

I sold that convertible for a very cheap to a friend of mine. so i see it from time to time
