I got $250 worth of Sears Gift Cards, $100 Snap On Gift Card, and $100 in cash.

Everyone asked what I wanted/needed so money for tools was much needed and the easiest to ship to me :)

With the Sears Gift cards i'm planning to get a Craftsman 40" long drawer to add on top of my current toolbox, Gear Wrench Allen head sockets, and a tool cart. The Snap On gift card will help bring down what I already owe the Snap On guy. I owe the Mac Tools guy $97.11 so the $100 cash will go to him or a new pair of shoes lol. The Mac Tools account I have is 0 interest so i'll probably go get a pair of shoes lol.
 
I got a 8 gun safe. Woowoo. It's nothing fancy, but super cool to me!

Gift cards from my parents, along with some cologne and a new wallet. Got a $150 gift card from my manager and a bottle of wine. Also bought myself some clothes and a new north face hat. Yay for being a grown-up.

If there's something I want to do I'll do it. no questions asked.

I use to be big into working out back in my late teens. then life happened. I'm just now getting fully caught up to the point where I can get back into lifting again.

I started out with just dumbbells and a bench, you can do damn near everything with a good bench and some dumbbells then linh ended up getting into it. She loves working out to the point of if she misses a day she gets upset.

After lifting for awhile I got worried about safety both for her and also myself. I was bench pressing 2 65lb dumbbells solo. That's not very fun when you're alone! Figured why not go the whole 9 yards so now we have a full cable system/smith setup + bench + dumbbells + bars + 400+ lbs of plates.

I do need to do an updated picture. I started out at 165 with a gut and cut down to a super cut 140 so I could start bulking with a clean slate. I'm now up to 173, aiming for 190-200 and then will do a hard cut again. want to be in the 175-180 range in the end.

Thanks! I research damn near every option for the space I have and Ironmasters is clearly the best choice I have zero regret.

Best part about ironmaster is they make legit chit, if you happen to find anything ironmaster on craigslist it's a few dollars under retail. Very good stuff.... I just wish it was a bit cheaper -_-

I figure between myself and linh not paying for a gym membership this setup will pay for itself in 2.5 years. Plus we save so much time being able to go downstairs and knock it out. I hated going to the gym doing 30 minutes of working out yet spending 2 hours there due to people being on the equipment you want or getting stuck talking with everyone.

time = money!

Shoot when's the last time you had a membership? Those things are expensive as hell now, which will make that home gym WAY more valuable. I think last January when I was working at LA Fitness as a sales rep, our "cheapest" membership was like $64 a month after $250 down. Ridiculous amount of money.

I was figuring $100.00 for both of us if we got on some type of family plan. so 2.5 years should pay off our setup.
 
It is a nice setup though.. Im in the same situation I need to get rid of my gut and I would be happy.. I too was working out about everyday with my friend, and yes it does suck working out by yourself.. but now its to hard for me to work out with two bad shoulders... good luck with work out..
