Need HELP With Racing Harness!

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows how to put in a racing harness without sacrificing the rear seats or taking up all the room, expecially in a lil two door coupe. Ive a friend who said he saw the back 2 harnesses get strapped to where the seatbelt hooks hooks are while the front two harnesses got strapped to the seats sliders (he had Sparco Sprint seats, not sure what sliders). Is that a good idea? Safe? If anyone knows or has any better ideas, plz hit me up. Thanks a billion!

Yeah, that bars like perfect and all, but in a coupe, its impossible to get to the back seats.
