haha, i totally agree with this one. i think they should start by making the test in english only. i don't know how many times i've seen mexicans taking the test using the phone as a translator. if the stupid fucking book is in english, do you think they read it before they took the test??? haha, no.getting a license should be harder. dont raise the age limit though. the test should be harder. too many drivers not up to par. think now that they've past the driving test, they also got a class A racing license... or they just truely are not prepared for some of driving's more extreme situations. never once has spin recovery been part of our state's driving test.

also, i think a drivers license should cost more. and driving with no license should be a harsher penalty.
the problem is that drivers ed teaches kids how to park and drive 30 mph.
i'm a firm beleiver that every kid should do a 3-day skip barber class, or something like it.
learn how to CONTROL drifts in the rain and understand fundamentals of understeer, oversteer, trail braking, and all the rest.
nope, we teach them how to do k turns....
I know what you mean about the license test it's pathetic a monkey could pass it here in Texas. The only reason I drive acceptably for a teen (not bragging) is because I've been driving since I was 11. I've recovered from 2 spins (neither my fault wasn't speeding I don't drive wrecklessly) NONE of my friends are good drivers I don't feel safe in any of their cars and I'm always the only one who buckles up lol. And once I fix my car I'm never getting in their's again I'll be driving and I'll be the first one to help when they wreck.

Anyone who lives here knows that Xavier is a school with a lot of rich kids who's daddies buy them 350z's and S2000's for there sixteenth birthdays.
And here lies the problem make the parents accountable for it when something like this happens its there fault they spoiled there now dead dumbass kids. So what your sayin is that its ok to not hold someone responsible for this crap, i disagree
I agree but honestly there is no reason for a high school kid to have a "sports car". Just like most things in life, people need to be eased into things.i disagree with blaming the parents. all through middle school, your told that you are accountable for your own actions. in highschool, you are accountable for your own actions. they dont call your parents to come yell at you, they just suspend you, or expell you. atleast around here. wether or not the parents screamed their lungs off at them, sent them to JDC, beat them, etc, in the end it's the kid's decision what he's going to do. some people just dont listen, and you have to accept that. that's why i agree with B, that all applicants for a driving test should have to go to like a 3 day Skip Barber school, which would in turn cost more to take the test, reducing the amount of people who just take it again and agian and again till they pass by luck. it needs to be harder to get the license in the first place. it's inevitable that stupid people exist. just gotta sort them out.
