are you talking about the green/white wire? If you are then once the green/white wire is not connected to both sides the you cant shut the car completely off with the key.

What ecu are you using?

If it's just rotating and you are getting spark and fuel double check your timing. When you check it make sure your not on the exhaust cam and that your on the intake cam which I'm sure your already know but double check that and let me know

Why did you convert your oil pump to an obd 2? When you did that did you add your crank angle position sensor? You might wanna check that and you also might wanna check your wiring that was done after you did that. Your better off keeping it obd 1.
