well ima not sure if it waws install properly but i'm pretty sure the guy knew what he was doing. And also i check on ebay and they sold automatic tranny that is for EX, and DX. So i think inig HX is a totally different tRanny

ok my friend has a 1998 civic HX automatic. his tranny was bad so we got a automatic tranny off 1993 civic dx. Both motors are stock. He took it out and tried to install it but found out that it doesn't fit. Why is this, i thought all d-series are interchangable or is this his mistake of not...

well the timing marks are fine and theres spark plugs and when i crank the pulley i heard compression but it is weak. is it a bad block?

might be the battery or alternator. I had the same problem and it was my battery. changed it and everything was fine.

I bought a B16A2 head and put a 95 GSR head on it. I put all the bolts and cams and timing belt on. When i spin the crank pulley there is no compression sound... what gives?

set up B16A2 block w/ 1995 gsr head. type r cams. cars idles at 3000 rmp and stays there in neutral. when i put it in gears the idle drops back to normal. what would be the cause of this and how can i fix it

does anyone know if this combo will work and if it does whats the benefit of using gsr head instead of b16 head. assuming evrything is stock
