i recently bought a 94 integra GSR. the owner befor me had a coldair intake on it without a bypass vaulve. he had ran it threw water, but it wasnt a deep puddle. when the water went in the motor it shut it down, then he tried to crank it a couple of times and it cranked but would not turn over...

the reason hes doing it is cuz i have a jdm integra type-r cluster that was in my ls dash, and he has a jdm B18C5 motor in his hatch plus he loves the integra dashes, thats the reason hes putting it in. and thanks everyone for your info on this topic.
