Try a valve adjustment it can't hurt if u do. There real easy if u follow any chilton or haynes manual. I'f it don't stop it might be a rist pin that connectsthe piston to the rod.
check your (iac/ idle air contol valve) valve on the back of ur intake it could be bad or some dirt got in there.pull it off and clean the screen inside it.
I have a 91 crx hf (1.5 sohc 8 valve) when i am running the car voltage is fine for a while. then as i hit the throttle voltage goes down. replaced alternator,still the same but if i unplug voltage regulator voltage stays at 13.88 but then i have only 1/4 throttle and if i push it to the floor...
o2 problem
If the fuel trim is not right it will throw a o2 code just tha same as a missfire in most cars. try moveing timeing back one tooth before going out and replacing it. make sure u run it for a while then pull tha negitive battery cable off for ten or more seconds to reset the ecu.
