I am going to change out my motor and I was looking to get the gsr motor to go into my Ls, but I was also looking at spoon motors My questions are what do you all think of spoon motors and what would you prefer GSR or spoon :ph34r:

If i do the b16 head on the b18 block what head gasket intake manifold and header do I use

i now NOS is a quick cheap boost but i'd rather have it running more powerful without nos I am an old GM man and from that i have the belief that NOS is a later resource after you've exhausted your other options.
