I bought a crx with a b16a3, ys-1 cable tranny and the tires are 195 60 R15's. The speedometer is off by 9 mph. I read in an old post that you can take it somewhere and they will adjust it or buy a tool? Where would I take it and how much would it cost or what kind of tool can I buy and how much...
