i swapped a b18c gsr/sir-g engine into my 99 civic ex, i am using my stock ex fuel pump....is there a differance between the gsr and ex pumps? And if so am i losing power by using the ex pump with the gsr engine? Please help im mind boggeld

well the iab solenoid has a cap/filter on the top and it was clogged, so when i hit 5700 and the solenoid switched and cut off vacuum to the diaphragm off the filter being clogged wouldn't let the air escape from the diaphragm, keeping it closed. i took the cap off and cleaned the filter. and...

ok so i swapped a b18c into my 99 civic ex i ran the iab wire to the a26 pinout as soon in the reference section...i have power to the plug at the solenoid and vacuum at the diaphragm, i had my brother get into the car and rev the engine to 6000 rpm's so i could see if the diaphragm opened the...

ok i have a 99 civic ex and i swapped a jdm b18c gsr engine into it...also running the jdm b18c p72 obd2 ecu...well when i did the swap, everybody around here said i didn't need a gsr fuel pump....is this true? Or will my ex pump work fine...it just feels like the car should be faster.

sure did...i did it all the safe way...i took it to a buddy's shop and had it done.

took it out but now i have no heat ..when i turn on the heat nothing happens

so when i take it out, i just unplug the harness from it and leave the plugs hang their....

ok i swapped a b18c into my 99 civic....i got red of a/c for future turbo reasons, everything is out under the hood, my question is...is it ok to remove the a/c evap. from behind the glove box, an what are the pros and cons from doing this?

just trying to tuck some things in the engine bay and wanted to know if you can ground the valve cover to the harness ground on the water neck behind the block?...this is a gsr engine

Just wanted to know what all would i need to make a reliable but faster gsr engine????.....this is going to be my first ever engine overhaul so brand names and opinions would help....thanks guy. The engine is a 94 Jdm B18C GSR/SiR-G.
