That pink panther POS is a pimp's car no doubt, not rice at all. There's the same make and model car in my town completely 5% tinted, NICE flaked pearlescent green paintjob just paint alone nothing rediculous, and some retarded fat ass chrome spinners on it. Was all bought with drug money of course.

My brother actually has a Caprice, with pearl white paint, 5% all around, super loud system, and some chrome rims, though not huge. All of which he actually busted his ass for, but it looks like a drug-dealer car.

i know its not actual rice ...

DUDE! I've seen this car before! I went to Kalamazoo for work and saw it driving around. I was trying to read what it said on the side but couldn't make it out...
