So this limp mode. Would it just do that in first gear, up to 4500 rpms? I will definately get a knock sensor off of eBay. I heard about limp mode, but thought it would hinder the engine throughout the full powerband...not just the first 4.5k :(

Thanks Tab....but to be honest, it's definately an OBD1 ECU. The numbers are as follows... 37820-P13-J50 556-101525 J-AT 4W You can also view one on Ebay with pics....shows you the 4 prongs...which is the exact same ECU I have. I'm thinking of just buying his since it has a cut harness on...

I'm currently using my stock accord ECU, on my OBDII wired h22a engine.... as you can imagine she's not running the way she should. The engine runs smooth, but she's not shifting correctly, and occasionally idles funny. Any ideas as to what ECU I need to get to run it correctly?

Thanks Tab.... I'm going with an OBD1 cause the engine came with the p13 ecu...what's next? Also he stated that the accord harness doesn't have connectors for the prelude MAP sensor or TPS sensor... is this true? I'm confused as to why this is taking so long to complete the swap.
