    i dont full understand your description of wiring in your resistor box. there is a junction connector with a cap on the drivers shock tower, pull the cap off and check which wire has CONSTANT POWER. only 1 wire will have constant power and then 4 of the others are your 4 power wires going...

    what kind of fuel pressure regulator is it? didnt you say the car wouldnt start after you installed the injectors?? so how could you be running that program for two months? also, you didnt have the TPS or Map disconnected when installing the injectors did you?? maybe you crossed the plugs...

    not sure about the JRSC but the idle and car dieing when given a little gas sounds like your classic MAP and TPS backwards, check that first! high idle sounds like a vacuum leak but after i read your car dying off any gas, id flip those connectors first! :wink:

    werd! sounds like EGT's were pretty high if stuff was melting! but possible coolant issue...maybe. sounds like they might have tried to just put a little extra fuel hoping it might cool it down maybe?? did they play with the timing at all when they were tuning..if you noticed i mean?
