Thats a bad idea, if the motor is already in the SI and the SI is good then leave it in and sell the car, or you could pull the motor, sell it to get some cash and then buy a GSR to swap into the teg. which would be a fun car

nice, I planned to do the same swap into my EK, so what tranny did u use exactly, and how is the install going to be, I thought that the stock ls tranny was manual and the EK had hydrolic stuff

aha u must have some really shitty muffler shops, then again most people working at them have no idea what the fuck there doing, I did my exhaust at my friends shop axle back, mig welded, nice anlge to it, no popping, smooth clean note, a little on the higher side, sounds good, I'll post a vid...

aha hell no I just ordered an Aspec exhaust from ebay, 48 dollars shipped to my door granted they've sent me the wrong exhaust twice now, the quality of it is perfect and the welds are just as good as my friends hks

depends if you want cat-back or just a tip a good tip can be had on ebay for 30-50 bucks or a full cat-back for around 250-300 on the lower end megan racing has some good inexpensive stuff as long as the welds are good and the it has mandrel bends then you can't mess it up too much

thanks for the help as of now thats what i think I'm going to do I found someone with a gsr tranny, that I may be able to get for cheap so that with the LS will be soild till I get the money to rebuild the motor with the vtec heads

aha that will never happen,:D although there will be a lot more availbality for k20's later on it will in turn just make the b-series cheaper to get a hold of

yea i was about to say, thanks hazzardboy for the help in comparison to the stock ek tranny, is the LS tranny more spread out? if not I can stick with the LS tranny for the moment and then find a better one to use such as a b series tranny. I know my tranny is hydralic, so i'd have to swap...

As its stated above I have a friend selling a LS motor out of an integra for like 250 or so without tranny should I get it and swap that? and just get the tranny and parts or go for a full b16 swap? the ls will most likely be cheaper and if I buy it from him then he'll help me swap it in...
