i have a b16 SIR I in my car now and im getitng an SIR II for cheap i wanted to kno if i could run the motor obd0 (by using my dist., ecu, injectors, alt., 2 o2 sensors etc.)? and later on when i get money together i will convert to obd1 all i really want to kno is will the engine preform...

ok i took the cap off and found a loose wire and i tighted the crimp with plyers and its fixed the problem with the tach jumping but it still is saying that it revs out at 7500 im really not sure what could be causing this problem Any suggestions? thanks -chris-

ok im going to check all the wires in the diizy today but i had the cap off about a week ago and everything looked ok but after i fixed the original problem it ran ok but if i floor it and rev to about 6500-7000 it will like cut off and go right again.....im thinking that it is the diizy going...

i found the problem i disconnected the 2nd o2 sensor and was checking the wires that i ran the the ecu for the knock and the o2 sensor turns out that they were switched around...(i used speaker wire so i only had to run it once not twice and got the silver and gold colors mixed up So that...

you dont have to get an intergra linkage you could just cut and weld yours i have done three of them already for me and friends.....i wouldnt waste money buying one when its just as strong welding it

I have a 96 civic hatch and i swapped a sir2 b16 into it. I wired everything and timed it. I also have no codes. My engine idles fine but when u try to rev it it just dies out at like 3500. It wont go pass 5000 rpms at all. Does anyone know what my problem is cuz it would really help me out.
