ok so timing is correct and everything is hooked up and the car idles fine but when i bring it up to about 300 rpms it missfires boggs down but then bring it back down to idle and it runs fins so idont know wat goin on im almost there to gettin it running i just gotta figgure this last thing out
i went to the pic and part and pulled random sensors off differnt d15s like the coolant sensors and oil ones that are in drilled the block and on the block where the back coolant lines go in from a pic and pull does it matter if its obd1 or ob0 for those ones
ok so i got everything together started up and all now it idles fine but when i give it a little bit of gas to let the clutch out it bogs down and wants to die then i open it and open it and it keeps boggin then it will just start revin really high once the throttle plate opens, why is it...
is there a vacuum leak, is the fuel bad, the spark plugs might be bad, or there might be some vac lines switch or the idle screw maybe be closed too much that all i could think of at the moment
ok so i got the relay working and now it wont crank when i turn the key, everything turns on and all it just wont turn now when i turn the key, it was turning before i changed the relay and i messed with the cabin fuses and ya now the fuel pump is fine but no crank from the key turning, i fired...
hey i just put in a d16z6 obd1 with a monotech wiring harness an p28 and it we put the key in and turned it and nothing, the fuel pump isnt getting power but the starter is and some of the other sensors any thoughts?
ok ya i gutted the car and its just gonna be a daily driver, i have another nice car so as long as i bolt the rubber thing up with the bracket it will shift fine without the linkage moving around becuase it looks like on the manual one that hole holds the linkage in place from tilting side to side
when you do the swap do you just have to hook up the two bolts at the end and then just let it sit in the auto square slot will that be sufficent to be able to shift without issue
