I have a H22a4 engine for sale with a manual tranny it was making some bottom end noise most likely spun bearing, but the engine still had full power. Engine didn't leak any oil and it never overheated oil change every 3000 miles. Tranny never grinded and the gears felt smooth, not exactly sure...
