The work on the garage is great - when we had the Hondaswapmeet last winter, I never knew the garage used to be that shitty.

Although...even though you redid the front lawn very well, along with the driveway - I think the backyard seemed a bit better with natural growth and contours, than being leveled and having grass put in. Just a personal thought - don't take it personally.

This is probably the first time the house has seen daylight since about 1920.

Garage looks very nice.

Hope you have a good mower, though, for that yard. My dad had a John Deere, which he loved, even all around all the gardens. Note, it was Castle Craig Gardens - they grew iris (etc).
