If all doors don't unlock, try replacing the lock control unit located inside the driver door. If just one door doesn't unlock, then you'll need to replace the solenoid/latch setup from that door.
Neither is that hard to replace, honestly. Just do a good job of seperating the sealant from the plastic with a razor knife inside the door panel.
