92-95 tranny in a 97 civic

Got a 1997 EX d16y8 and it needs a tranny, slipping out of second gear.
I also know a guy who has got a tranny out of a 1995 EX d16z6 cheap.

I am sure it will bolt up but are there any other problems I am going to run into with speedo sensor, starter holes/flywheel, mounts, or anything.

i have a spare tranny out of a 97 ex w/30k on it bought it for 300 let me know if u need it.
