From what i know, a B18C5 Type R can only Rev to 9k. Reving it to 9500 is causing a heavy stress on your valve trains.
And if anyone wants to correct me, the USDM Type R is the 96 JDM ITR Motor.
And upgrading to a Stage 2 is pointless if your sticking to all motor.
But since you have them, dont take a chance by not upgrading the valve train COMPLETELY. Those Valve trains were made for those cams SPECIFICALLY so by Upgrading to Stage 2Cams
The profile on them will be over by 12 - 24 @duration and advance so be careful.
