99 B16b (ek Type R) Into 99 Ex

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any problems with swapping a 99 b16b into a 99 ex (besides the the harness' being opposites). I am getting a complete change over package wich includes everything (tranny is lsd too), and the car is currenty gutted and waiting for a motor. Any thoughts or concerns would be greatly appreciated.
