Is a 99 jdm b16 tranny compatible with with my 94 ls block

Yes.....ANY B-series trans will fit any B-series motor. As long as you need a hydraulic transmission.....you are god to go.

I heard input shaft sizes could be a problem between jdm trannys and usdm motors

Never did it myself but I know it has been done. I do not think there is a difference in their compatibilities.

The deal was a no go. Guy put his foot in his mouth. I did however find a gsr tranny. Will that bolt right in to existing tranny mounts on my ls
