B16a1 compression

I am getting ready to buy a B16a1 engine swap and I had the guy send me the compression and leak down numbers from japan. The leak down is at 9% and the compression is 205 +/- 5 or 10 per cylinder. Are these numbers good? Or should I look elsewhere? Thx

205 psi? I thought the compression was 186 psi for a B16a2? But ya seem likes your compression is great but i have no idea about the leak down test.

9% leakdown is pretty good.... 5-10% is normal for a good running engine. some engines may run well with up to 20%.
