well i have an b18c1 (gsr) in a 91 hatch and the SiR ecu cost me 200, you have to get a injection resistor box and the rest is cake from there, the resistor box is about 20$ depending on where you go
if your hatch is a Si, you don't have to replace anything other than the ECU. The DPFI hatches need a Si harness, resistor box and MPFI conversion too. How much it will cost depends on how much you can do yourself.
YOU CANT JUST PLUG IN THE SI HARNESS- i hate it when people say that. If you have a DX hatch then you are going to need to perform an MPFI wiring conversion on your stock harness
