Swap it in if there's only 43K on it. Nice find. Do the swap first (I agree). Drive it around and if you still feel like turbo is necessary...You can get a nice turbo set up with injectors/fuel pump/chip ECU/tune and as long as you don't ever boost above 10lbs. It will be a HANDFUL to drive and a BLAST. It'll be somewhere (depending on turbo/injectors/etc) around 300whp. Your brother will be more then happy to drive it. You can get some used parts and some new (like I posted earlier) Plus, you will have cash left over to drop it and put some OEM fat five GSR wheels on it (Yes I like those best on a coupe).
I say you spend $1500-1800 on type r cams, proper valve springs/retainers/header/ECU chipped/tune and it will pull all the way to 9K+
