Cell Phone Help GSM Unlocked = SIM card?

I am trying to find out if this phone takes a SIM card.
Can anyone help?

I have the 6126 version of this phone and its a little beat up so I was going to upgrade but I know some cell phones (verizon) don't have cards.

looks to be a T-Mobile phone, so yes.. it takes a SIM card
