Da short when turn of key!

ok i have did a engine swap in my 90 obd0 DA9. i got a hybird b18c block with a b17 head. ok i have wired everything. But im confused because when i turn the key on but not all the way everything works fine. but when i turn the key to start the engine. its seems to short out and the engine dont start and the cluster lights turn off. im so confused and i hate wiring please could someone HELP me!

Is it blowing the alternator fuse?
I had the same problem with my old crx, when I tried starting it, it blew that fuse and it would not start. Turns out a wire that was hot when the key was turned all the way on shorting out.

dose it blow any fuses or dose everything come back on when you return the key to the "run"positon?
