1996 honda civic ex with the d16y8 5SPEED MOFO RECOGNIZE!!! :D

My SOHC ran HIGH 14s. Good luck man...

its got a intake and exhaust, full interior, spare tire, 210 driver, first time.

i had the best time of my life, and please dont hate. :D

i did this...

reaction .388

60 FT 2.47
330 FT 7.0
660 FT 10.812
990 FT 14.08

E T 16.82
MPH 80.68

yeah my reactions and 60 fts sucked...i was nervous as shit. but hey, i plan on running in a couple weeks so i can improve. gotta start somewhere. next time i plan on having no back seat and no spare, maybe no passenger seat.

A reaction of .338 is pretty good isn't it? Most people don't get below .500.

I wanna take my car to the track and see what it runs now.

I think that it kinda depends because at bandimere where i race the reaction time is based on .500 = .000. So if you get a reaction time of .280 it is really .780. I think that it would have to be based on that cause he should have red lighted if he had a reaction time faster than .500.

My cuz ran a 16.867 at 81.91 in a similar car as yours (1999 civic ex) with a stage two clutch and flywheel! Good job man!! :D The first time I went to the track I was nervous as hell too!! Ran a 17.01 at 80.11 with a reaction time of .513 (.500 being the best) in my stock 1995 civic dx!!! My reaction time was mint but my quarter mile sucked!! Then later on that night when I got the hang of things I ran a 16.60 at 83.11!!!! That's mainly due to the car only weighing 2100 pounds! If you take out your passenger seat, back seat, and spare, you could probably run somewhere between 16.60 to 16.70! Let me know what you did the next time you go!!!
